The following records are publicly available and do not require a formal PAIA request:

5. Description of Records Held (Request Required)

Client Records: Original "Business Information Collection Form" submission forms and signed quotations not visible to the public.
6. The Request Procedure:
To request information, the requester must follow these steps:
Form 2: Use the prescribed Form 2 available from the Information Regulator.
Detail: Provide sufficient detail to enable the Information Officer to identify the record.
Fees: A non-refundable Request Fee (currently R140 for private bodies) must be paid before the request is processed. Turnaround: We will respond within 30 days of receiving a completed request.
7. Grounds for Refusal
We may refuse a request to protect:

Commercial information or trade secrets of our listed businesses.

The safety of individuals or the protection of property.
