Businesses wishing to be featured must follow the List Your Business process:

• Quotations and Invoices: Please ensure that you only receive a Quickbooks generated invoice from hello@helloheidelberg.co.za.

• Please contact Customer Care 24/7: 062 166 2166 for any inquiries or information regarding our freelance representatives. They operate in their own time but do have guidelines with regards to professionalism and work ethics.

• Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, business descriptions are provided by the advertisers; Hello Heidelberg (Pty) Ltd does not guarantee the specific characteristics of third-party products.

5. Liability and Indemnification

• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), Hello Heidelberg (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website or the services provided by businesses listed herein.
