To start the process of having your business advertisement published on the website www.helloheidelberg.co.za - The authorised owner or representative of the business must complete a Business Information Collection Form. This can either be completed old school with a pen on a pdf document and collected from the business or scanned and e-mailed to hello@helloheidelberg.co.za. There is also a very convenient online button to click and complete your business information online which will be automatically emailed to the business and admin of Hello Heidelberg (Pty) Ltd.

 

• The Business Information Collection Form will contain the following information:

  • Business Name

  • Contact Person

  • Business Landline or Mobile Number

  • WhatsApp Business Profile Number

  • Your Logo or Business Card - WhatsApp to 062 166 2166

  • Photos of your Business, work, services, products, your staff - We host your advertisement with a slideshow gallery up to 20 Photos. Show customers why they should use your services. This is optional and included if you wish.

  • Description of your Business - Tell us what you do plainly - we will rewrite your information for you, so that your business is presented professionally. If you are unsure - we will do this for you.

  • Business Trading Hours

  • Business Address

  • E-mail Address

  • Website Address

  • Facebook URL Link OR Facebook Page Name

  • 1 Other URL link - Instagram Profile Name or TikTok Profile Name

  • Keywords - Keywords that will link your advertisement to what people search for in the website search engine. If you are unsure - we will do this for you.

• Payment and Communication Preference Form

  • Choose the duration of your advertising period on the website.

  • Choose how you would like us collect your BIC Form.

  • Choose your preferred method of payment (EFT, Cash or E-Wallet or Cash Send Options)

  • Complete your Billing Details, Invoice E-mail and VAT nr if required

  • Authorisation Signature

  • Initiate payment and forward proof of payment to hello@helloheidelberg.co.za or 062 166 2166.

  • NO WORK WILL COMMENCE WITHOUT PAYMENT FROM 1 JANUARY 2026.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• As your advertising term approaches its conclusion, we will issue a new invoice for the upcoming term on the 25th of the month prior to expiry, offering you the opportunity to renew. If payment is not received by the due date, we will consider the advertisement as cancelled and it will be removed from website on the 1st of the following month.

​

• Should you miss the payment deadline, we will be happy to replace your business advertisement online; however, a replacement fee of R250 will apply due to the extra data processing involved.

• For special arrangements, updates, new photos, logos or any edits, please reach out to our design team at 062 166 2166.

​

• We offer up to one complimentary edit per month to ensure your information remains current.

​

• You have the flexibility to choose your advertising duration: 3, 6, 12, or 24 months.

​

• Please note that our digital advertising service requires payment in advance and is contract-free.
