2. BILLING AND ADVERTISING PREFERENCE:

I acknowledge that this is a pre-paid advertising and marketing service and not a contract. Renewal invoices are issued on the 25th of the expiry month. To avoid the removal of my advertisement, payment must be settled by the last day of that month. I understand that if my listing is removed due to non-payment, a R250 reactivation fee will apply to cover the administrative costs of re-listing.

Should you wish to list your business under additional categories to broaden your reach, these are available at a special discounted rate.

To ensure you get the best visibility, let our experts choose the most effective categories for you based on local search trends. We’ll present these for your approval to make sure you are 100% satisfied.

Social Media Sharing Clause:

• How We Boost Your Reach - Once your advertisement is live on www.helloheidelberg.co.za, we don't just wait for people to find it - we take your business to them. We will feature and share your listing across our official social media channels (including Facebook and community groups). This multi-channel approach is designed to drive traffic directly to your profile and increase your brand awareness within the Heidelberg community. This service is included in your advertising pricing. We introduce your business to the public and tell them where to find you when they need you - www.helloheidelberg.co.za.

Renewals, Payments & Cancellations:

Keeping Your Listing Active -

• Renewal Process: We will contact you 30 days before your advertising period expires to discuss your renewal options and ensure your information remains current.

• Payment Deadlines: To ensure uninterrupted visibility, payments must be settled within 7 days of the invoice date via your preferred method (EFT, Cash or E-Wallet).

• Cancellations: You may request to remove your listing at any time; however, please note that fees paid for the active advertising period are non-refundable.

DECLARATION AND AUTHORISATION

I, the undersigned, declare that I am the authorised representative for this business and confirm that all information provided is true and correct. I hereby grant Hello Heidelberg (Pty) Ltd permission to store my details and use the provided information and media to create and promote my digital advertisement. I understand that I will have the opportunity to review and approve the final listing online and I authorise the public advertising of these details for the duration of our service agreement. We practice within accordance of the POPI Act, I consent to the storage and processing of this data for the purpose of my listing and service agreement. Hello Heidelberg confirms that all data will be handled securely and used only for its intended business purpose.
